The default channel commands are:

!hint - gives another hint to the current question
!skip - skips the question and selects a new one (ops only)
!start - starts the game (if it's not running, ops only)
!stop - stops the game (if it's running, ops only)
!top10 - shows the top 10 scores on channel

The default /msg commands (and flags required for their use) are:

? - gives help
error - report errors in questions/answers
reset - reset score table (ops only)
rules - show the channel's rules
score - looks up someone's score
target - tells you who is ranked one above you
