Clubs are often the favored blunt weapon of the Druid but most other classes can also learn how to use this simple yet efficient blunt weapon. Magical Clubs are a bit scarce in Baldur's Gate II.

Bone Club +2, +3 vs. Undead

Properties:

  • THAC0: +2, +3 vs. Undead.
  • Damage: 1D6 + 2, +3 vs. Undead.
  • Weight: 3.
  • Speed Factor: 4.
  • Requires: 5 Strength.
  • Not usable by: Mages.

  • Sold by the bartender at 3 in the Tankard Tree.
  • Sold by Karthis al-Hezzar at 2 in the North Forest after you save him from Yaga-Shura's soldiers.
  • Sold by the Smugglers at 1 in the Smugglers Cave in Amkethran if you save them from the Monks.

Club +3 Blackblood

Properties:

  • THAC0: +3.
  • Damage: 1D6 + 3, +3 Acid Damage.
  • Weight: 3.
  • Speed Factor: 4.
  • Requires: 5 Strength.
  • Not usable by: Mages.

Location: Sold by the Merchant at the marketplace at 11 in Trademeet, once you have solved the Djinni in Trademeet quest.

Club of Detonation +3

Properties:

  • Combat Abilities:
    • 20% chance the target will take another 10 points of Fire damage with each successful attack.
    • 7% chance a fireball will detonate with each successful attack.
  • THAC0: +3.
  • Damage: 1D6 + 3, +3 Fire damage.
  • Weight: 3.
  • Speed Factor: 4.
  • Requires: 5 Strength.
  • Not usable by: Mages.

Location:

Watcher's Keep:

  • Dropped by Aurumach Rilmani at 4 on the Final Seal level in Watcher's Keep, after you open the Mind seal.

Club of Detonation +5.

Properties:

  • Combat Abilities:
    • 30% chance with each successful attack that the target will take an additional 15% Fire damage.
    • 5% chance with each successful attack that a fireball will automatically detonate.
  • THAC0: +5.
  • Damage: 1D6 + 5, +5 Fire damage.
  • Weight: 1.
  • Speed Factor: 4.
  • Requires: 5 Strength.
  • Not usable by: Mages.

Location:

Throne of Bhaal:

Gnasher +2

Properties:

  • THAC0: +2.
  • Damage: 1D6 + 2, slivers add 2 points extra damage per round for four rounds.
  • Weight: 3.
  • Speed Factor: 4.
  • Requires: 5 Strength.
  • Not usable by: Mages.

Location: Dropped by Dalok at 15 in the Druid Grove.

  • Damage: 1D6 + 1, +3 against Unnatural Creatures, +1 Acid damage.

Location:

  • Given to you by the Spirit of the Grove in Faldorn's hut in the Druid Grove, if you are a Druid and you accept the grove as your stronghold.
