Fort Locke

|
| 1. | Here you’ll stumble upon Galen being accosted by his own guards who are wanting his profits. Choosing the ‘I won’t let you rob him’ option pushes your alignment slightly towards Lawful. Choosing to kill them all pushes your alignment towards Evil. If you do help Galen out, he offers a gold reward. Here you are faced with a choice between using a good enough Diplomacy skill to wheedle more gold out of him or earning Good points by refusing. | |
| 2. | Here you find a Dire Wolf and several wolves. Tread forward slowly with the idea of fighting as few as possible at any given time. A nearby corpse will have some random treasure. | |

| 8. | Here is where you’ll find the Craftmaster, who can instruct you on the mechanics of creating and enhancing items. Nearby you’ll find various molds, base crafting materials, the Wondrous Potions of the Brothers of Ilmater, and a Mortar and Pestle. You’ll also find nearby a smith’s forge, magician’s workbench, and alchemist’s workbench for your use. |
| 9. |
Here you’ll find a bunch of refugees who are having to seek shelter in the Fort due to attacks by bandits and Lizardlings. One of them, Liza, would like you to find out about her husband who is being held hostage in a bandit camp. This prompts Neeshka to reveal the Bandit Camp on your world map. |
| 10. | Here you’ll find a priest of Ilmater named Tor Millow. He’d like you to retrieve his holy symbol that he lost to the Bandits. He’ll sell various drinks and potions. He also sells:
Mortar and Pestle
Robe of Energy |
| 11. | Here you’ll find Vallis, who explains his rationale for not sending out patrols. It becomes apparent that he’d like to take over officially as commander of the fort. The problem is that Commander Tann’s death has not been officially confirmed. He’d like you to provide that confirmation. This gives you access to the Graveyard on your worldmap. |
| 12. | World Map Transitions. Accessing the north ones gives you access to the Graveyard, and the Bandit Camp. First though, you’ll get taken to the Toll Road along the way. By the way, you’ve still got a stalker. | |
