Broken Ring
Special Properties: You use Mold Spirit to combine this with 2 Pristine Earth Essences, 2 Fire Essences, and the Founder’s Essence to produce the Founder’s Ring. Alternatively you use Mold Spirit to combine it with just the elemental essences to produce the Ring of the Red Wizards.

Broken Scythe
Special Properties: Use Mold Spirit to combine this with Myrkul’s Essence to produce Myrkul’s Wrath.

Censer of Controlling Air Elementals
Special Properties: 10 charges of Summon Air Elemental.
Location:  Sold by Shelvedar Nuum at the gate to Mulsantir during Act I.

Charred Branch
Special Properties: Can be combined with the Wood Man’s Essence through the use of the Mold Spirit ability to produce the Staff of Ashenwood.
Location: In the Burning Grove at #4.

Coven Essence
Location: You must use Devour Soul or Devour Soul as a part of Spirit Gorge on a Slumbering Coven Hag in the Coveya Kurg’annis.

Dire Totem of the Beastlands
Special Properties: +4 bonus to all ability scores while the item is in your inventory.
Location: Given to you by Rammaq in Eternity’s End if you get him the Tome of Dolorous Sage and the Tome of Katai.

Elixir of Horus-re
Special Properties: One time use of Sunbeam (13).

Enchanter’s Satchel
Location:

  • Part of the starting inventory of Safiya, whom you meet as soon as Mask of the Betrayer begins
  • Sold by Azim Qo’toth in Mulsantir

Founder’s Essence
Special Properties: Can be combined with the Broken Ring and 2 Pristine Earth Essences and 2 Pristine Fire Essences through the use of Mold Spirit to produce the Founder’s Ring.
Location: Can be obtained by successfully using Devour Soul on The Founder in the Founder’s Sanctum at #10.

Galvanized Golem Torso
Location: In the Instructor’s Quarters at #2.

Gann’s Essence
Special Properties: Can be combined with the essences of 3 other Mask of the Betrayer Companions to produce the Amulet of Betrayal Personified.
Location: Can be obtained if you use Devour Soul on Gann as a killing blow.

Gem of Brightness
Special Properties: 50 charges – Blindness/Disease (3) single use, Light (5) 1 charge, Sunbeam (15) 5 charges/use

Gem of Seeing
Special Properties: True Seeing (9) 1/day
Location: Sold by Katya in Mulsantir at #7

Gnarlthorn’s Essence
Special Properties: Can be fused with Rags (germaine item) through the use of the Mold Spirit ability to produce Gnarlthorn’s Bow.
Location: Obtained by using Devour Soul on Gnarlthorn in the Ashenwood while in a weakened state.

Golden Chalice of Lathander
Special Properties: Light (5),unlimited use.  Mass Cure Serious Wounds, 3 charges.

Golem Legs
Location: In the Academy Classrooms at #9.

Golem Torso
Location: In the Academy Classrooms at #9.

Greater Magic Bag
Special Properties:
Location: Sold by Shelvedar Nuum at the gate to Mulsantir during Act I.

Gual’kash’s Essence
Special Properties: You can use Mold Spirit to combine this with a Gem of Brightness, Gem of Seeing, Hulmarra’s Emerald, or the Orglash Crystal to produce the Amulet of Pure Love.
Location: You must defeat Gual’kash in the Skein at #20 and then devour her soul.

Hag’s Eye
Special Properties: Can be used to enter the dreams of others at certain points of Mask of the Betrayer.
Location: Obtained from Gaul’Kash in the Skein at #20 if you defeat her.

Hammer of Golemcraft
Special Properties: Can be used to create a Golem once the parts and a spirit essence are placed inside the workbench in the the Academy Classrooms at #8.
Location: In the workbench in the Academy Classrooms at #8.

Harvest Cup
Special Properties: Cure Light Wounds twice a day.

Heart of the Beast
Special Properties: One time use of Divine Power.

Hulmarra’s Emerald
Special Properties: +3 Intelligence, Improved Mage Armor 1/day, Lesser Spell Mantle (9) 1/day, Weapon of Impact 1/day
Location: In a glass container in the Abandoned Mines at #4.

Kaelyn’s Essence
Special Properties: Can be combined with the essences of 3 other Mask of the Betrayer Companions to produce the Amulet of Betrayal Personified.
Location: Can be obtained if you use Devour Soul on Kaelyn as a killing blow.

Lens of Detection
Special Properties: Find Traps (3) 3/day

Lesser Magic Bag
Special Properties: Carries items with 40% reduction in weight.

Myrkul’s Essence
Special Properties: Use Mold Spirit to combine this with the Broken Scythe to produce Myrkul’s Wrath.
Location: Can be obtained by using either Eternal Rest or Devour Spirit on Myrkul after speaking to him in the Boneyard.

Mysterious Device
Special Properties:  Activate it on a Spirit Essence to acquire the Malleate Spirit ability.
Location: In the Academy Classrooms at #5.

Okku’s Essence
Special Properties:

  • You can use the Mold Spirit feat on a belt so that it confers a +10 bonus to Strength
  • Can be combined with the essences of 3 other Mask of the Betrayer Companions to produce the Amulet of Betrayal Personified

Location: You must choose to devour Okku’s spirit after defeating him and his spirit army.

Okku’s Husk
Special Properties: Can be used at the crematorium in the Death Gold’s Vault to recruit One of Many at #7.
Location: You must choose to devour Okku’s spirit after defeating him and his spirit army.

One of Many’s Essence
Special Properties:

  • You can use the Mold Spirit feat on a belt so that it confers a +10 bonus to Strength
  • Can be combined with the essences of 3 other Mask of the Betrayer Companions to produce the Amulet of Betrayal Personified.

Location: Can be obtained if you use Devour Spirit on One of Many as a killing blow.

Orglash Crystal 
Special Properties: +100% resistance to cold damage, 50% vulnerability to fire damage, Summon Orglash 1/day.
Location: Obtained if you meet the Orglash at #4 of the Middle Barrow and consent to it becoming your servant.

Safiya’s Essence
Special Properties: Can be combined with the essences of 3 other Mask of the Betrayer Companions to produce the Amulet of Betrayal Personified.
Location: Can be obtained if you use Devour Soul on Safiya as a killing blow.

Saintsblood Pearl
Special Properties: 50 charges – Cure Critical Wounds (7) / 4 charges, Cure Light Wounds (7) / 1charge, Cure Moderate Wounds (3) / 2 charges, Cure Serious Wounds / 3 charges, Restoration (7) / 5 charges

Scabbard of Blessing
Special Properties: Aid (3) 3/day, Bless (2) 3/day

Scorching Gaze Golem Head
Location: In the Instructor’s Quarters at #2.

Shadow of the Void Essence
Special Properties: You can use the Spirit Mold ability to meld this with a weapon so that it can inflict 6d6 cold damage but with a 25% vulnerability to fire damage, or with an armor so that you’re immune to cold damage but with a 25% vulnerability to fire damage.
Location: Acquired by finishing off one of the Shadows of the Void at the crematorium in the Death Gold’s Vault at #7 with Eternal Rest or Devour Spirit.

Shape of Fire Essence
Special Properties: You can use the Spirit Mold ability to meld this with a weapon so that it can inflict 6d6 fire damage but with a 25% vulnerability to cold damage, or with an armor so that you’re immune to fire damage but with a 25% vulnerability to cold damage.
Location: Acquired by putting the Shape of Fire in the Burning Grove to rest with the use of Eternal Rest or by reaching an agreement wit it.

Shapers Alembic
Location:

  • Part of the starting inventory of Safiya, whom you meet as soon as Mask of the Betrayer begins
  • Sold by Azim Qo’toth in Mulsantir

Shocking Golem Arms
Location: Left behind after you kill the Defective Imaskari Golem in the Shadow Theater during Act II of Mask of the Betrayer.

Smith Hammer

Stone of Controlling Earth Elementals
Special Properties: 10 charges for summoning an Earth Elemental

Swift Golem Legs
Location: Can be looted from the scrap heap of a Golem lying in the Skein at #6.

Telthori Totem
Special Properties: +5 bonus to saving throws vs. mind affecting spells, +3 bonus to Will saving throws
Location: In a box in the Middle Barrow at #3.

U’juk’s Essence
Special Properties: You can use Mold Spirit to combine this with an Adamantine Ingot to create the Ring of the Uthraki.
Location: Can be acquired in the Wells of Lurue if you kill U’juk with Devour Soul.

Weather Resistant Golem Torso
Location: In the Skein at #21.

Weighted Golem Arms
Location: In the Academy Classrooms at #17.

Wood Man’s Essence
Special Properties: Can be combined with the Charred Branch through the use of the Mold Spirit Ability to produce the Staff of Ashenwood.
