Summary: Luck and Perception have no effect on treasure quality from looting monsters. Luck does
have an effect on treasure in chests, and perhaps damage from attacks. This may change for MM7. If
so, I will post those summary results on this page. As you may have noticed, there were quite a few
relics and artifacts found near the Dragonsands obelisk. While I have computed the chance of finding
a relic or artifact to around 1%, it seems that there is a somewhat better chance of finding relics
and artifacts near the obelisk.
