As you may or may not know, I'm part of our news team here at SP. I stumbled across the site nearly 4 years ago now, but as more of a service-user than participant, by the name of Tazleigh, then Jan Jansen. I read through the boards occasionally, but never really posted anything of import. Then in November '06 I became apprenticed to our very own paladin of Mystra, chevalier. Ever since then I've been your friendly neighbourhood news poster, hunting through the pages of fan-sites spread over the web to filter out the news we think you want to read and posting it on our front page.

Generally speaking, you'll find me deeply engrossed in conversation in the Friendly Arm Inn, our own chatroom. Those people who talk regularly there all know me well enough so if there's something you really want to know about me you can always ask one of the residents. See you stick to the chatroom rules, mind, or you may just find my boot up yer backside ;)

In terms of games, I don't have so much time as I used to being rather taken up by work and study amongst other things, but quite predictably, D&D RPG is my genre. Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale and Neverwinter Nights both originals and sequels with all expansion packs are all under my belt, and waiting excitedly for Dragon Age :D

In the world away from my computer (some fool told me it's called "real life") I'm generally either working or making wedding plans with my fiancee, occasionally finding time for my real passion - computer games. Not to mention giving copious amounts of fuss to my babies (rats, not children), or my 5 month old kitten named Ticket. So yeah, stay tuned to the news and you'll soon see me pop up, and if you're desperate for a chat, pop by the FAI, I'm never far away!
