sorcerers.net mods converted into Weidu-format

    I have found 2 interesitng mods for Icewind Dale 2 on sorcerers.net:
    1. Slowdown Fixes by Extremist & Quint
    2. IWD2 Unofficial Item/Spell Patch by Gimble

    This mods packed into archives without weidu installer. I have repacked these 2 mods into 1-single weidu-installer. All credits saved.
    So now these mods can be integrated into Big World Setup for Icewind Dale 2 game and compatible with other weidu mods!

    I've heard of this for Baldur's Gate; modding allows you to create a trilogy from BG1 all the way to Throne of Bhall. It's also called Baldur's Gate Trilogy, depending on which mods you use to combine it. I enjoyed the BGT setup years ago.

    AFAIK, Icewind Dale 2 only has the "Icewind Gate 2" conversion, so you can play BG2 with the IG2 engine. There is no Big World. Is there??

    I don't know how they handle the fact that IWD2 is Third Edition. Convert it to 2E? Run it as is? Convert the other games to 3E?

    No. BWS - is an installer. It downloads and install many-many mods on Baldur's gate with correct order of installation.
    Iwd1 and Iwd2 also have a small mods database. And now BWS can help gamers to install mods for iwd1, iwd2 and even pST.
