  • Using the armor set dropped by the bandit lord in Lothering, I was able to raise its armor to 25 using the Apprentice's Amulet. With the Helm of Honnleath and other accessories you should be able to reach 29-30 easy.

    Note that I had to use the Lucky Ring and the Barbarian Mace (not shown here) to boost this build's strength to 22. You'll need that much strength to equip low-tier heavy armors.

    You don't have to wear this armor set while casting.
