    This originally comes from satirewire.com, a great site that has closed down to new content but still has a sort of "best of" posted there. If you liked this, I'm sure you will like the other stuff posted there. John Cleese did not write it, although it is certainly Python-esque.

    Err. Yeah. I also got an e-mail that said if I passed it on to others, it would be able to count how many times it went around and I would get paid. Don't believe everything you read in an e-mail.

    On the other hand, I have this bridge I am looking to unload -- you interested in buying it? It's in Brooklyn.

    Hardly anything Pythonesque in that thing, so I don't see how anyone could be fooled into believing Cleese wrote it. Frankly, I didn't find it very amusing.

    I don't think anyone here believed John Cleese wrote it. Anyway, I found it to be a funny comment on Bush's stupid "Axis of evil" concept.
