    Hi folks,i have the weopon upgrade mod installed but cannot find a "potion of power" anywhere. i need to to improve one of the bows i have (The Heartseeker i think). Does anyone know where i can get my hands on one?

    I believe that Roger the Fence down in the Temple District Sewers sells some. There's also a girl in the lower left half of the Bridge District who sells 'em. I've got some faint memory of her only appearing during nightime though.
