Me and my brother are planning on playing BG1Tutu and the BGII together, but I need to know how to get all of the multiplayer stuff up and running. We'll be on the same router in the same house, one computer will be Vista and one will be XP. I know I need to install everything exactly the same for it to work, but how do I get it started? Do I need to open some ports? Do I need to disable firewalls? Basically, I would like it if someone could give me a link to a good guide, or help me get this set up. I haven't tried it yet because I haven't hooked up the XP computer yet, but I'm thinking it won't be easy to get a multiplayer game started, so I'm looking around for some help now.

basically, you would connect to the local ip address (192.168.0.xxx generally, sometimes 192.168.xxx.yyy)
when your firewall asks for confirmation (it may not) allow it to connect, it should work ok. (As far as i can tell...)

Thanks. I got it working anyway. I was expecting trouble, but it worked without any sort of heartache.
