    I've recently become re-addicted to this game. My win percentage consistantly hovers around 15%. I'm curious if there are any other players and what their win percentage is. I'm convinced that there are many games that all come down to luck and that there really isn't a way to get a decent winning percentage.

    Assuming you are playing on the hardest level, I doubt there is any way to win consistently, even if you only count games where you actually open up a small area, and don't just die on the first click or two by unluckily selecting a mine. It's been so long since I've played, I have no idea what my winning percentage is.

    I used to be addicted to it. I'd only ever play on the easiest difficulty, but I got an average time (excluding fails) of about 7 seconds. Eventually I deleted the shortcut and went cold turkey.

    Hah, my condolences. I kicked the habit a long while ago, and stayed clear ever since. Don't even try Mah Yong or Sudoku instead. They're even worse.

    I used to be addicted with Minesweeper. Never did bother with the winning percentage though but I'm pretty sure that it was low with the expert level. Often times I bombed out with only under 5 remaining unrevealed boxes.
