CD copier for Windows 7 64-bit

    Due to the bad habit of leaving CDs on the seat and then having careless passengers sitting down on them, I never use original CDs in my car.
    Due to my own liking chairs with castors and having a bad habit of fumbling the CDs, then when I pull back in the chair to try to retrieve it hearing a crunching noise, I also try to avoid having original CDs at my desk.

    I usually use my old Windows 98SE/XP computer to copy CDs while I do something else on the modern system, but it was busy doing a routine scan with Malwarebytes. I just noticed that in the last 7 years, I have not ever copied a CD with the Windows 7 computer since I had nothing installed. ImageBurn will take a two-step process, but I wanted something that copies "on the fly" when I don't want a .ISO on my hard drive.
    The computer is also a dual-boot with Vista, and on the VIsta side was the OEM copy of a CD burning program, but I do not have an install CD for that.
    The last DVD+/-RW I bought did not include any software, and I'm unsure if my older software is for 64-bit Windows.

    Can anybody suggest a program that can copy discs, be it audio, video, data, or mixed like Roxio or Power2Go?
    I've searched, and found "CDBurnXP", but it choked on the audio CD. For the heck of it, I made two copies. One with the Windows 98SE computer, then I was wondering why the Windows 7 refused to copy it with CDBurnXP, so I tried booting to VIsta and had no problems.

    Any other free suggestions that I can install on Windows 7 64-bit Professional?
    For the record, I cannot install Roxio or Power2Go, the former because it is the Windows 9X version, the latter because it is pre-installed, and to reinstall it I must restore my hard drive to factor conditions using the "recovery partition".

    TL;DR?
    What free CD-copying (and preferably DVD-copying as well) program do you recommend for Windows 7 64-bit Professional that can copy "on the fly"?
    ImgBurn doesn't do "on the fly" and "CDBurnXP" did not work right.
