Game is choppy, laggy, can't close it without task manager, every single click of mouse or movement of mouse laggs, these are my settings:
I can't print in game option menu, because it laggs so much it's painful to watch.

I don't think it's anything to do with your settings. It's just Win10 being Win10. You'd probably have better luck running it on a virtual Linux or WinXP system.

It's hard to tell honestly. NWN works mostly flawlessly on my Win 10 laptop without the use of compatibility mode or any tweaking (I use the GOG version if that changes anything). KotOR also works without issues (it's the same engine) though I know some people have trouble running it. It seems to me like there's a lot of case-by-case issues with these games.

Aside from the usual recommendations of making sure all of your drivers are up to date and trying to reinstall the game, I'm not sure what else to suggest. You might want to try asking the GOG forums though I assume you've already done so based on your screenshots.

Same as DarthMuffin, NWN runs fine on my Win10 PC. I think it might be a driver/Win10 issue since many drivers do not have full Win10 support and vice versa.

It's not the same engine. NwN uses Aurora and KotOR uses Odyssey, which was based off of Aurora.

I agree, also KOTOR2 and KOTOR1 work fine on my Win7 PC with most settings maxed except the anti-aliasing, but NWN2 is a little sluggish and I have to use minimal settings. That is evidence it isn't the same engine. NWN1 works fine with max settings except for shining water, which merely glitches and is a known incompatibility with the ATI graphics.

That said, to the OP: my advice is to change that -2 for CPU affinity to a 1 and see if that helps.
I recall something about needing to set the affinity to only use a single processor, but I cannot recall if that was only for NWN1 or both. The fact that such an option is present leads me to think it was both.
I'm not even sure what a negative number does. I'm also assuming you are using a multicore computer, like just about every computer made in the last 5-10 years. If it is single-core (only seen that on some low-end laptops 5+ years ago), set the affinity to 0.

NwN2 uses another branch of Aurora engine named Electron. The three engines share quite a few commonalities, but are inherently different in virtually every aspect.
