[Mod] Magic Stone becomes "Magic Stoned" (BG, BG2, IWD) 2015-09-17

Magic Stone becomes "Magic Stoned" in BG, BG2, IWD

[IMG] This is a simple mod to improve the nominally useless first level cleric spell "Magic Stone". I call it "Magic Stoned".
The only change is that in addition to the small amount of damage, it also forces the target to make a save vs petrification/poison/polymorph or be confused for one round. The confusion is identical to the 3rd level spell "rigid thinking" and prevents the target from casting or using special or scripted abilities.
Not as good as putting the target to sleep with Command, but it uses a different save (poison/petrification instead of spells) and does a tiny bit of damage instead. Clerics and mages are less likely to save against it than fighters, and the damage will disrupt a spell in progress, while fighters are more susceptible to Command.

Hopefully it makes this "useless" spell more useful while remaining in the bounds of a level 1 spell.

As for why confusion? It's from old cartoons where the person is dazed and confused after being hit on the head, sometimes with a falling or thrown rock and other times with a bat or board. I just say that the Magic Stone spell hits the target on the head like in those old cartoons.

NOTE: The archive includes the spell files that make it work for BG1, BG2 or IWD1.
