Belt of Ironfist problem

    I'm at the top of Mt. Galadrym and have killed the Fire Giant King and retrieved the belt. I'd already killed the dragon btw. When I try to leave the area it says 'You cannot leave without the Belt of Ironfist in your possession' even though it is in my inventory. When the Fire Giant King died a journal update happened but when I picked up the belt there was no new journal entry which I think caused this bug. Does anyone know how I can get that journal entry in my journal? I'm using version 1.10.
