    1M is about what you need to exceed the total exp gained by a six-person party, while 300k is the target value for the soloer. Give or take some tens of percents in either case, matters very little in the end anyhow as exp awards are on an exponential curve when CR rises.

    But let's simplify this a bit.

    One: Do you or do you not agree that discussing exp is pointless unless adhering to the rules how it's supposed to work? Level-squatting breaks the rules on a rather basic level, even you have pointed it out yourself.

    Two: Do you or do you not agree that knowing which play strategy yields highest exp totals (during and/or at the end of the playthrough) can be both meaningfull and interesting metagame information?

    If you agree to both, we can continue this discussion. Otherwise I'm out. (See my signature.)
