Can't create new set of characters

    hey there!!!

    i thought i was over or at least in peace with my problems posted here but then when i tried creating new characters cuz i current set of characters are plainly pathetic, IWD just returns to my desktop. yes, i can create new characters but when it loads for the prologue( red bar half way through, IWD returns to my desktop) what gives???

    anyone there can help me???

    Is your game fully patched?
    Also try running it in window mode, that seems stabilize the game for me.

    sounds like something corrupted the game, you may have to reinstall.
    Fortunately, you shouldn't lose any characters or saved games provided you reinstall all the same mods.
    Troubleshooting can be difficult, and I'd need a lot of information to help you, it might be easier to just reinstall everything from scratch.
