What's the difference in these 2 abilities?
My L1 dwarven cleric of Pelor didn't select Greater Turning as a feat, so why does she have Greater turning?

The Greater Turning feat allows your cleric or paladin to turn as if he was two levels higher (For instance, a level three cleric with Greater Turning would have the same power against undead than a fifth level cleric without the feat), which is moderately useful considering the amounts of undead found thorough the area.

On the other hand, Clerics of Pelor get, I believe, the Greater Turning feat for free upon creation as a boon.

Right. Clerics get different bonus feats based on the god they choose to worship when you create the character. Pelor gives you Greater Turning.
