    Seriously.
It doesnt increase ranged thac0 since there are no ranged weapons.
It doesnt increase melee thac0 since there is no Weapon Finesse feat.
It does increase AC, but very slowly, a simple AC tattoo will do much better
It does increase thieving skills, but nothing levelup points wouldnt accomplish.

Whats the good part? Im at crossroads of equipping Annah. Either tattooSTR her up, or DEXxing. The screen advises me to go DEX, but somehow im failing to see why.

Dexterity is certainly not the most useful ability. But...

It improves your thieving abilities. Also, with a high dexterity TNO can successfully grab the hands of pickpockets in the Hive and strangle Dustmen in the Mortuary before they raise the alarm. The latter gives him a memory of having done so before.

I think you also need a high DEX at a late point in the game, if you want to pull a particularly nasty trick.
If you stick Morte into the Pillar of Skulls, you can get him back with a high DEX.

For Annah I'd get a strength boosting tattoo. If you raise it to to 18 with a spell the tattoo will make the stat jump up to 19.

Annah's primary attack is a backstab. With the right punch daggers she can do over 100 points of damage on a single hit. Hide, backstab, run away and hide again is a very powerful attack mode for her -- she can, alone, kill the demon from Morador's Box. Anything and everything that helps her hide in shadows and move silently is a big bonus. Dexterity does just that.

That said, by the time you are high enough level she will no longer need a dex boost. For those times added strength can help -- but is not needed.

Thx. Never considered backstab a powerful attack ability, will try it.
