    I would like to play a dwarf, using a dwarven axe. Can such a weapon be found or purchased? Can a Magic Axe be found or purchased?

    Yes, you can find and buy dwarven waraxes. And magical versions later on.

    I don`t think you can get magical Dwaver Warexes in the original campaign. That weapon was "introduced" in one of the expansion packs, if i remember correctly, and doesn`t apear in hte OT. I seem to remember having taken feats for that weapon, and never finding any at all...

    Any of the weapons that can be chosen as a feat, ex Bastard Sword, Orc Double-Axe, Two-bladed Sword, can be bought and there are t least +1 versions of them for sale as well. But you could be right Rawgrim, I didn't play NWN until later and bought a package with expansions installed on my first run-through.

    I know there aren't any whips in the OC, nor can you find any scrolls for spells introduced in the expansions.
    I'd assume that any weapons or items introduced in the expansions won't be available in the OC.

    I'd go a step further and say that anything introduced in Hordes of the Underdark will not be available in Shadows of the Undertide, although I haven't fully tested this.
