Which class would be harder hitting? F/T, Assassin, or Stalker

I'm assuming you mean with backstabbing, in which case I'd go with F/T. Go with quarterstaves, too. Technically, an assassin could be harder hitting, but single class thieves are fairly limited with just one attack per round and pretty poor THAC0. Stalker could be good too, I guess, but lower backstab multiplier limits the oomph a bit on a good backstab.

I don't know, but you can change your F/T to a fighter / assassin.

    Shadowkeeper/EEkeeper.

The Stalker would dominate early-mid game (bonus proficiencies, favored enemy), while the F/T takes late game (though the Stalker wouldn't be too far behind with his divine spells/Deva).
Assassins are best used for taking out key targets using x7 backstab (massive burst damage), otherwise you basically use them like you would a normal thief (stays in the back row and uses ranged weapons).
