I am currently playing a FS through the OC. I plan on taking SL levels after level 6. My question is, if I select fire as my energy type to resist at level 5 and take the feat energy resistance-fire will the two types stack? If so, 5 feats in ER can result in a FS have ER of 15 for all 4 energy types and immunity to electricity.

Only resistances from items and spells shouldn't stack. Those from feats should.
I've only tested feat stacking with cold iron DR (from Spirit Shaman and Fey Skin), and it worked OK.

I'm not sure what you mean with the 5 feats. You get FS-EnergResist three times (picking a new one each time). You can take the General Feat-EnergResist three times to get your resistances to 15. Taking SL you will end up with an ER of 15 for three energy types + electricity immunity. You can only take General Feat-ER for a single element type once, so if you wanted take the feat again you will only have 5 resistance for the last element. You can raise that to 15 with an epic feat. Wouldn't recommend that tho, just use Energy Immunity to make yourself immune to the last element.

Coincidence, going after having 15 resistance in the 5 elements is probably best accomplished by starting as Aasimar/Tiefling, taking all the Fiendish Heritage feats to get 15 resist in Fire/Acid (Aasimar:roleplaying-yikes) and then picking appropriate General Feat-ER and FS-ER feats.

As an aside checked on nwn2wiki and Epic Energy Resistance can help you raise your resistances even further. You can take it multiple times for each element too, unlike the pre-epic version.

Note that the ER feats do not work against magic/negative/divine damage.

I was considering building a character who would have high saves, MR from being a drow and high resistance to energy and DR from the 20th FS feat.

Was confused when you clumped Favored Soul ER with General Feat ER in my previous post.

The abilities should still stack and work nicely. Wouldn't recommend such a character for the OC though, the enemies in the OC are non-magic users... the stronger ones are usually special race+martial class mixes, not much to resist there. Would drive a pure magic-using PC nuts tho.

There are only five resistible energies (fire, acid, cold, sonic and electricity) so you won't be able to resist all types of energy. Against others you can rely on spells, items.
