I finally beat it. The last fight was a beast. They summon over and over again things like demons and frost giants. At one point all my party members were dominated for over 5 minutes of real time (pretty funny to watch as nothing happens except you regenerating). The female one was immune to all melee hits that did less than 20 damage (My warrior hit for 4 and it said 20 points resisted). The male was vulnerable (he was the one I went after) but turned himself invisible and used many other protection spells. All in all about 1000% harder than Icewind Dale 1 (Which was an absolute joke of a final fight). Either my strategy was highly flawed or this was one of the toughest end-fights out there (even after getting the monks help, keeping the immortal guardians out and tainting the fountain).
