I'm looking for a low-spoiler walkthrough

    I remember there being a website that really helped me with my first run through BG2. It was a walkthrough, but you had the option to click links to get hints on what to do. It was impossible to spoil yourself unless you wanted to.

    I'm interested in a similar site/walkthrough. This is my first time playing the game, and I'm liking it a lot, and I don't want to ruin anything for myself.

    There are none that I know of unfortunately. The closest I can think of is a UHS hint file, but even those are not completely spoiler-free (sometimes even the section titles can give things away). The best way to get spoiler-free hint would probably be to ask questions here and specify you only want a gentle nudge.

    I remember the walkthrough you mentioned, I have it saved on my drive somewhere. It was very good, especially for picking on things you may have missed.

    LOL, I just saw what you were talking about Tal. It is the same one I was referring to! I enjoy the website more, and actually couldn't figure out how to use that program from this site and forgot all about it. :p

    [​IMG] I was in a discussion recently with Caradhras about the definition of a spoiler. :DIt's funny: You're looking for a walkthrough, but don't want to be spoiled. Technically a walkthrough always has spoilers.:p Walkthroughs spoil.

    Best suggestion I have is the Universal Hint System. It let's you select an area (and sub areas) and then provide links to hints to the various quests. When you first click the link you'll get a small initial spoiler (like where to get the quest), and then you can click to show further hints if you get stuck at some place trying to do the quest. So it pretty much 'on-demand' spoils you and let you decide for yourself how spoiled you want to be.
