A friend of mine and I are looking for a good persistent world server. Here's the first problem I run across:

-When I look up Persistant Worlds on the Neverwinter Wiki or posts on forums, I see all these names- It's endless. Then I look online and see only a small FRACTION of them up. I have all the expansions, too. Does anyone have a clue what's going on here?

The world we want has two SOLID requirements (having one or the other means nothing to us):

Full PVP, with blasts and effects from spells harming allies. Friendly fire on.

Crafting, scrolling, brewing, etc. absolutely must be enabled.

Finally, the less necessary stuff which we consider icing on the cake is a cool player base, possibly with some role playing, and ideally not insanely intense/difficult.

Let me send my thanks in advance to anyone who can help. I've had this game for 2 weeks and as far as I'm concerned I still can't play it.
