Which is the most interesting patron deity in Original Campaign, or Mask of Betrayer, or SoZ?

on term of extra dialog, quest: like, if you have Helm as patron deity you can have some extra dialog with some one?

on term of items: like, some items require you having a specific patron god? or vice versa, because you are worship that god you get that item.

    Anyone know?

I only know two. With Lolth as your patron deity you can automatically converse with a certain giant spider in the OC. Picking Kelemvor opens up several dialogue choices in Mask of the Betrayer (some from Gann, some from Kelemvor himself).

Ilmater leads to a little additional commentary from Kaelyn the Dove and can bring a few more points with her.

I wonder if there is a list/guide out there that details which favored deities have any impact in the game, expansions included. That'd be a nice reference to have.

It's too bad that there isn't a utility that can search the dialogs for a check to the character's deity. It would make constructing such a guide much easier, as playing trough the game as a cleric or druid of each deity would probably take years, given that you'd have to do all the side quests and talk to everyone to try to find those times when being of a certain faith would make a difference.
