PC.IGN has a new preview of NWN up based on a visit they took to Bioware. It notes some differences from the demo given at E3 this year. No new screen shots and the video there is on the BG II CD (though the combat shots are wonderful). Informative and short, so head on over and check it out!

Multiplayer modules can be built incredibly fast with the 3D paint tool that lets you define environments with a swath of your mouse. Trent built a quick level in under three minutes before our eyes. Sure, it wasn't complete, but it gave us a glimpse at how easy and fast the Aurora Toolkit should prove to be. After you have your world built, you can set the rules system in each game to fit your particular world, so you have total control over how the game plays. “It’s basically the freedom to set up the world you want to play in,” Trent told us.
