No stake available for Dace?

    [​IMG] I'm currently in the Asylum Dungeon, but I can't find a single wooden stake to kill Dace. I've doublechecked all rooms and containers. I believe I've brought along a spare from bodhi confrontation the previous times i've been here. Also, I can't find the ruby gem to use at the portal in northwest of the first dungeon level, but I've found the opal and the sapphire.

    one of the Kobolds has the crystal and a stake, uh, i think. it's been awhile.

    Improved Anvil adds a wooden stake to one of the containers in the library.

    On a Kobold corpse by the huge crystal I found a stake. There was also a quarter staff, so I guess it was a kobold shaman or mage. Can't really remember.

    Yes, a kobold shaman has a stake too; but for players who come for Dace before the altar, an extra stake in the library is a good addition (not to mention that Dace's soul goes into the library and asks for help as if there is something there which can help him).

    Yeah, that puzzled me a bit, since there was nothing of interest in the library. Adding a stake there is nice. I believe the chance of people checking all containers are higher than people checking all kobold corpses after the 10 first in there has only [Short Sword] and [Short Bow].

    I usually have one or two spares from chapter 3, from Bodhi's lair.

    I grab every stake i see i nthe game, never know when your gonna need it on your first time through the game.
