When browsing through BGII's resources in Near Infinity, I have found several MOS files, which simply don't have any place in the game, the most blatant being yellow "work in progress" roadsigns in GUILOAD.MOS and MAP.MOS and the strange backdrop of OPTIONS.MOS. I had a quick look at other IE games and found that BG1 and IWD1 include the same resources, while PS:T and IWD2 omit them.

So I wanted to ask if anyone knows the purpose of these strange files and why they weren't removed in the games. For the record, I own Czech localized full versions of BG2 and both IWD titles, the GOG.com version of BG1 and the 2-CD English version of PS:T from a gaming mag.

They were probably too lazy or just forgot about them. There's lots of unused files in the games.
