    I will concede this point - I think a Chaotic Neutral character wouldn't have a problem doing it. I still have a hard time buying a Lawful Neutral or True Neutral doing it.

    Agree about lawful and chaotic neutral. True neutral? I'm not sure, I think that normally no, but under extraordinary conditions (Iron Throne. Kill. Iron Throne. Kill. Iron Throne. Kill.), such person could do this.

    True Neutral is always about 'the balance'. But it seems eerie to sacrifice dozens of innocent lives to 'set the balance right' - for instance as compensation for thwarting the Iron Throne in their operations.
