The same people who gave Pool of Radiance a rating of 2, now give Throne of Bhaal a rating of 9.

I'm sad right now. I just finished Throne of Bhaal. I'm sad because I know that this is the end of the greatest RPG saga that I have ever played. Never, in all my years of gaming (anyone else remember Zyll, Adventure and Enchanter?) have I been treated to a game of such epic proportions. My character - who started off as a level 1 fighter way back in Candlekeep, ignorant and naive - has finally embraced her destiny. She made and lost friends along the way. She went through trials and hardships - and I went through them with her. She fought countless battles and killed many foes. She performed many duties for others who were too cowardly to do for themselves. To see her finally overcome every obstacle and to fulfill her destiny was one of the coolest things I have witnessed in a game. It was like reading your favorite book series and sharing in the character's adventures and when it's over, feeling both happy and sad.
