    No magical items except for armor, weapons and healing potions. It's pretty limiting. Best thing to equip him with is thief levels and UAI. Failing that, just equip him like you would any other fighter, but without all the magical items.

    Wizard Slayer Rebalancing is a well-written mod that will allow you a slightly wider range of equipment, and some neat special abilities and HLAs. I always have it installed, for the odd occasion I want a WS. They can get pretty damn powerful later on! Alternatively take just a few levels and dual to Thief for permanent Miscast Magic on hit and the other cool abilities. Make sure you use the Fixpack component that ensures ranged attacks also have the MM effect.
