I think that's her name. I just finished the quest to heal her daughter and her ****head husband just took them back with a "promise to be better" according to her. Before they leave Jan and the ****head get into it and almost throw down. Does that ever happen? Does he ever get his "revenge" I guess you could call it? I've only ever had/done tis quest once before a loooong time ago. Waaay back when uncle Gerhart was sleeping near the .....

Initially Lissa decides to stay with Vaelag (her husband) for the sake of her child and because he has promised to be a better husband. Jan does comment on him going after Vaelag if he ever does hurt Lissa or her daughter again, but this is notresolved during the game.
If you keep Jan in your party throughout the game however, the epilogue does comment on what happens to him afterwards, and goes on explaining on how Jan was responsible for Vaelag's death and married Lissa.

Thanks for the spoiler xosmi. When do you get the "epilogue"? I don't recall ever seeing it.

The epilogue is at the end of the game after you beat it. It tells what happens to all the characters.

So you finish SoA and go all the way through ToB without anything happening and then poof all of a sudden at the end? :(
Thanks for the info though. At least it brings closure to me :)

Well, the epilogues originally played at the end of SoA, but with the addition of the expantion they were pushed to the end of ToB, which makes sense as some of them wouldn't make sense anymore otherwise.
For example Jan's epilogue details the events take place after his adventures with the Bhaalspawn, but it's possible to have him in your party again during ToB, which would break the linearity.
