Windowed Mode: Single Fixed Resolution Only?

    Anybody else try the Co8 windowed mode setting? It seems to be a fixed sized window that doesn't change if I select a new resolution, but the resolution change through the Front End X works fine if I don't use windowed mode.

    It seems to be something fairly low like 800x600 because the window takes less than one quarter of one of my monitors.

    If it is fixed at this resolution I may have to switch back to full screen mode; it's so small I could barely tell that the women's version of armor/raiment is sexy! :lol:

    Yes, windowed mode is fixed, unfortunately. ToEE is one of those games that came out in the waning days of 4*3 aspect ratios and low resolutions (which windowed mode reflects) but was still modern enough to support significant upgrades as the technology rather abruptly arrived.

    I'm not sure if it's possible to update windowed mode accordingly - I'd have to ask the guru, and most people don't use it anyway so there's not a lot of impetus for it.

    Not a big deal; I just wanted to be sure I wasn't doing something wrong.

    It's actually a lot easier to scroll the screen with the mouse when in full-screen mode; I started using the arrow keys to scroll in windowed mode since it's such a small area of the window you have to hit to scroll with the mouse.
