I hate to say this but some of your guys really suck at this game i mean i got through the entire game without dying more than 3 times. My party consisted of 3 fighters, 2 clerics, and a conjurer. ANd whats this talk about using thiefs and bards they suck. That is thee best party in my opinion. Have a dwarven fighter use axes, human fighter great swords, human fighter spears and/or large swords, human cleric, human cleric, and a human conjurer becuase his opposite school's only good spell is identify. Use the conjurer to cast haste stoneskin fireball cloudkill web chaos chromatic orb melfs acid arrow death spell disentegrate burning blood dimension door and icelance among some other ones. DONT have and elves because once your clerics have ressurect they wont be able to resurrect the elf until they have raise which is a 6th level spell i think and raise costs alot of money. This is a good beginner and expert party system.

oh yeah and i beat this without the strategy guide and u definetly dont need bards druids thieves paladins. Theay all suck.

how very elegantly put. If my aim was to beat the game as quickly and easily as I possibly could, I would definately take your advice on said matters. It isn't.

3 times thats it!!!!i beat this game over 7 times 4 times legit/3times hacked.And before you go insulting ppl you should find out what they wanted to do!I thought the game was pretty easy but other ppl might have trouble with it!And you had to use a full party!!!Come on you have to be kidding man!!!I used 3 ppl only 1.Fighter 2.Mage 3.Cleric.And now for the next thing i need to say you only used those classes i used every class over the 7 times that i beat this game the 3 man party on top was my first party(i died only once and that was my mage)!!So dude quit running your mouth man you make yourself look stupid and its insulting to other ppl who play the game!!

Big_brother, your party definately does sound efficient, though I don't see how you got along while tripping over all those traps.. perhaps with two single-classed clerics I guess you probably just used their healing and dispell abilities quite alot.

I'm very proud that you were able to finish the game so easily (at least you claim to), but some people /like/ thieves, druids, paladins, et al., and want to use those characters in different combinations despite them not being "the perfect combo".

So if you had fun with your party, and are proud to have beaten the game, please enlighten us to this fact, perhaps explain your tactics some, but insulting other peoples' abilities or playstyles is both immature and unnecessary.

Don't go throwing around insults! you can insult the characters people like or their style of play but NOT the person!!! Your party although an interesting one, and I use the term loosely, is a piece of crap. You should have a few mages a few fighters and a few thieves to disarm the traps and to provide long range back-up. I can't believe you died 3 times. I died twice over 6 completed games. You obviously don't know how to play the game. Well I hope your proud because you just made an IDIOT out of yourself!!!! :p
