Help!?

I just finished routing through all the tombs in the Hall of Heroes, and I can't find the Phylactery. According to this site it's in the fourth tomb on the left, but all I found there was a handfull of spells and Terikan's journal. Has anyone else experienced this?

The Phylactery is not in a tomb, but rather in a little box elsewhere in the room. It's the only thing in the box.
