I can't find the full platemail+1?

I had that before...i think you have to beat up that bloke Prat under Candlekeep and his minions...But i'm not even 10% sure on that!

You can find it on Tamako just before the final battle.
Tamako is in the Undercity in front of the Bhaal Temple.

Don't you get full plate +1 off one of those guys outside the cloakwood mines? Or is that just plate mail +1? I'm not sure.
