ERm; what is Pools of Radiance (besides being an older Black Isle RPG)? Is it any good? Worth getting?

Only turn based... But you can adjust the time intervals between turns.

The turn-based action in POR2 is really awesome in my opinion. Unlike BG and BG2, you should be able to cast spells, both clerical and arcane, without having to pause the game like I did. The spell affects I've seen in the screenshots of the game are really cool too.
