I just got to the Dwarven caves and now am stuck after killing the wraith and the 2 orcs and orc lord. Where do I go or what do I do from here?

If that is the first room you got into, just look around - you'll find two keys. Pick 'em up and then click on any of doors. Each key opens one door.
