Where's the last waterbell?.... found 2 in the hall of stone.... now can't seemt o fidure out whats next.....can't get past the 1st catacombs level..... missing 3 keys... adamantine, ancient elven and rusty elven key....... not sure what to do now

Sorry, I have to edit because I described it wrong.
Anyway, third Waterbell is in Deep Halls as I said. To get to Glyph of Water, do this:
- Enter the cave that is near Hidden Shelter and choose option to go to Lizardfolk Camp in Deep Halls.
- Proceed just a bit south from there and you'll spot the Glyph.
All in all, the area you're searching for is in northwest part of Deep Halls.
