Ok, I have started playing this game and the only problem I am having is the lag or skipping I am having during battles.

I have a G-Force 2 64mb VC
512mb of ram.....

Is it only me or is there a patch that helps the skipping from happening?

There's a number of patches for the game you simply must install, since it's so buggy. They're all on SP. I don't know if any help with your problem though.

do yourself a favor......uninstall POR from your computer and throw the game away. Trust me, you have much better things to do with your time than to TRY and play this aweful game. I'm serious.

Don't uninstall it and get rid of it, just get the latest patches, once you have them, the game runs great. I don't have nearly as good a computer as yours, and my copy runs fine now.
