At the end of chapter 2 when you are in Luskan, where are the papers so you can get into the tower. I killed Kurt and he didnt drop anything other tha his head and a prison key. I then searched all over the dungeon. Also have been in sewers but don't have a key to open this 1 door since I used it to use my thingy on the pump

kill both captains... one of them has it. It's not dropped from their body, but in a chest in the area you fight them.

actuelly both captins have one so you really only need to kill one of them. however you get lots of xp and goodies if you kill them both :)
what i did was agree to help one kill the other then i took the head to him and got 1000 gold and a magic item. then i charged his area and killed the second one :evil:

The amblems are not on their bodies, they are in chests near them. You must give them to Aarin Gend and he'll give you the pass.
