PHB = Skill originally listed in the Players Handbook
NWN = Skill originally developed for Neverwinter Nights

Animal Empathy
PHB skill. Allows you to improve the attitude of an animal with a successful check.

Concentration
PHB skill. lets you to cast a spell despite distractions.

Disable Trap
NWN skill. I assume it's the NWN equivalent of the PHB skill disable device.

Grip
NWN skill. I suppose that it allows you to oppose a disarm attempt

Handle Poison
NWN skill: I presume that instead of having a flat 5% chance of poisoning yourself when using poison, you will use this skill to check whether you poisoned yourself.

Heal
PHB skill: Allows you to save a badly wounded friend from dying or to speed up healing.

Hide
PHB skill: lets you to remain unseen.

Listen
PHB skill: Measures your chance of hearing something.

Lore
NWN skill: I assume that it is either the equivalent of the bardic lore ability or it is a replacement for the knowledge skills in the PHB.

Move Silently
PHB skill: permits you to sneak around unheard.

Open Lock
PHB skill: A measure of your skill in picking locks.

Parry
NWN skill: I think that it's a measure of how well you can block an incoming blow.

Perform
PHB skill: A measure of you skill in several types of artistic expression.

Persuade
NWN skill: I assume that this is the equivalent to the bluff diplomacy and intimidation skills from the PHB.

Pick Pocket
PHB skill: A measure of your skill at removing items from a person without their being aware of it.

Search
PHB skill: Measures your skill at finding hidden things.

Set Traps
NWN skill: My guess would be that it allows you to set traps.

Spellcraft
PHB skill: Allows you to identify spells.

Spot
PHB skill: A measure of you ability to spot someone who is hiding.

Stamina
NWN skill: I think that this skill allows you to run for a longer time.

Taunt
NWN skill: According to Rob Bartel "it allows you to draw an attacker away from a more vulnerable target to yourself, though the nature of this may still be tweaked and changed during the balancing process." Sounds kinda Kender-ish.

User Magic Device
PHB skill: Allows rogues to use magic items such as wands and scrolls.

Hm, a lot of CHA-related skills have been put in a bundle. It is explainable, since the player obviously applies his very own Bluff and Diplomacy skills in player vs. player negotiations and that Persuade skill would be mostly applied to check basic NPC attitudes, but the question is - will CHA be leveled down to just spellcasting key score?

My guess is that is why they have added the "Taunt" skill, simply to have something that's easier to implement to make up for all the lost Cha-related skills.

It's a shame Disguise isn't in though, and Handle Animal would have been cool to have as well. :(

Then again, this isn't the final list. If I'm correct this information is not official but gleaned from the E3 movie, so keep your fingers crossed for more skills to be implemented.
