I have the reagents needed for Eltoora to create magic items but I'm a fighter. How do I cast the spells needed to make the magic items? I've gone to every store and cant find scrolls for 'improved invisibility' or 'mage armor'.

I answered this in the chatroom. You can't make those items unless you're a magic user.

Actually, you can still create these items if you are a thief and your "use magic device" is high enough, and you use scrolls.

Where can I find examples of recipes though?

You find them as tomes scattered all over the chapter.
