I'm itching to get some more magical weapons made up but since chapter one I hven't come across a smithy. Maybe I've missed a place in chapter 2. I'm now in Luskan and the blacksmith won't smith. I've nobbled the high captains and was hoping that a return to normal service would happen. . only it hasn't. Do I have to wait to chapter three to find an active smithy?
I've consulted walkthroughs and there's no mention of smithying in chapter 2. I haven't read about chapter three - didn't want to spoil what limited surprise there is (The plots not great, why ruin it altogether by reading ahead).
