Just got the four items to cure the plauge, thought i will get this over and done with then finsish up in the city before finding who ever is responsible.

Being the dope I am I didnt see the oh so unmissible plot twist of it all going wrong so now im full of junk i need to complete other quests etc and on some contry road in the middle of nowhere

As far as I know: No can do.
Better start looking through all your saves if you want to finish up all those quests in Chapter 1.

Good job I got a bit weary with all the save corouption stories I have about 500000 backups of backups or backups lol one must be in about the right place.

export your char
start a new game in chap 1
do the quests
export your char
then start again in chap 1b or chap 2

But what about other henchpeoples you don't take?

They come along with you to the next chapter, to the base where you start.

Yeah, they are part of the "Mobile Neverwinter Command Post" that Lord Nasher bought with some of his stronghold creation points. Along with a few other important NPCs like Eltoora.

What a nice guy, giving all of us profit.

Found a save where I have got 3 of the thingys back, so I just did the docks again, now I am in the wizard star guild, which imo is pretty crap, they dont even seem to have a wizard lab you can use :(

Now what am I going to do with all this dragons blood

About the Henchmen:
At the end of chapter 1 I picked up them all, one after the other, and talked to them just to finish all the henchman quests.
I believe you can only finish the later henchman quest(s) if you finished the henchman quest in chapter 1.
Besides, you probably have all the items needed in your backpack by the time you finish chapter 1 anyway so why not take the time and talk to them all? :)

That's pretty much what I did. Near the end of the First Chapter I hired all the henchmen, had a lot of the weapons made at Marrok's forge, etc...My favorite is probably the Harbinger Greatsword +1
