Well if you have the game, and the original CD key, and it won't work. Contact Bioware, when I broke my play disk, they sent me a new one free of charge.

So they should be able to reset the CD-key, or send you a new one to use.

They may ask you to photo copy your CD key and send it to them, so they know you have the actual game.
