I am in Luskin and have been given the quests for the baby and the ring. When I go to the houses and try to talk to the people, they don't bring it up and it is not an option for me. Is there something that I have to do first?

I'm not very clear what you're asking, but you get those two quests form a brothel, right?

The baby is located in a house at the northen sector, it even has a map pin for that house. Says Slums house or something like that.

The ring is located in a rich man's house mansion.I think there's only one mansion in Luskan, near the temple.

I think that the house you get the kid from is labeled something other then "slums" but I'm not sure.

And the ring is in th manor south of the entrance to Luskan I think. It is the quest where you have to get the ring for the gnome, right? :confused:
