There is a mage guild at cloaktower. Does it exist anything similar for Paladins, such as a Paladin order?

As far as I know, no. Then again, I'm only up to Ch. 2 in the SP [I'm a MP fan.]

There is no such thing in the Official Campaign. I've never played a mage, so I'm not sure if you get much bonus being in that, however.
